Shiatsu therapy (TCM) focuses on rotating and stretching limbs, joints, and pressure points/meridians, as with traditional Chinese medicine. Shiatsu therapy uses pressure with thumbs, hands, and/ or elbows to the pressure points on the body to help circulation and thus helps improve body function.
