Curbside Acupuncture is essentially a minimal contact, drive-up or drive-through service specifically for those experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, feelings of fear, grief, worry, and those seeking a better sense of well-being. Or if you are just curious about Acupuncture, this is a great way to try it out! Five sterile acupuncture needles will be placed in participants’ ears and retained for 15-45 minutes.
Deschutes Acupuncture is providing a Curbside Acupuncture Car Kit, which includes a travel-sized bottle of hand sanitizer, tea, aroma therapy, a mediation music link to your phone, as well as other items to enhance the experience. Participants will not leave their vehicle at any point and will only be in brief contact with Dr. Ford.
Based on heavily researched NADA Protocol (also called 5 Needle Protocol or 5NP). Benefits of NADA include increased calmness, better sleep, less agitation, relief from stress and emotional trauma, reduced cravings for alcohol and drugs including nicotine, minimized withdrawal symptoms, and a discovery of inner quiet and strength (acudetox.com).
First and Third Wednesday of every month, 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. in the Deschutes Acupuncture Parking Lot @ 339 SW Century Dr., in Bend Oregon.
